Once you’ve identified the service you need, help is just a few mouse clicks away! We’ve tried to
simplify the ordering process as much as possible, but should you have any questions or concerns,
feel free to Contact Us.
To Place an Order:
1. Email Us (info@lwordsediting.com).
Send us an emailed request with a detailed description of your project needs. At L Words, the customer always dictates how thorough a job is performed, so please read all choices for editing of your document/project carefully. Be sure to indicate which service your document requires and your preferred delivery method and include complete contact information.
Once our team receives your request, you will be assigned an editor, who will contact you with an estimate of project costs. Projects exceeding $500 will require you to sign and return a Service Agreement prior to work commencing.
2. Attach your document (if applicable; it is not necessary to resubmit your document if you have already done so to
obtain a quote and have not since revised the document.)
3. Submit your payment.
Payment is required at time of order for all customers: 100% of payment is due for orders between $1.00 and $100.00, and 50% of payment is due for orders exceeding $100.00 (remainder due upon job completion).
L Words accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express through Google Checkout. Enter your total and click “Buy Now” to process your payment.
4. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your customer number and the expected delivery date/time for your project.
